Full refund if the transfer fails
If we cannot complete the transfer of the username you purchased, you receive a 100% refund to your original payment method.
Cancellation before transfer
You can cancel an order at any time before the live transfer session starts and receive a full refund.
After delivery
Once a username is active on your account, the sale is complete and not refundable, except where consumer law provides otherwise.
How to request a refund
Write to support@outv.net with your order number. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show them.
