Contact details you give us (such as name and email), order details, the account that will receive a username, and messages you send to our specialists. Payment data is processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
Why we use it
To process orders, perform transfers, provide aftercare, answer your messages, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Legal basis
We process data to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations and, for fraud prevention and security, on the basis of our legitimate interests.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers who help us run Outv (such as payment, email and hosting providers), under agreements that protect it, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law, and other data only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise them.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies, including one that remembers your language choice. We do not use advertising cookies.
